(English) The International Business Development Manager (BDM) is a position with broad responsibilities to grow the company.  This position is responsible to seek out new customers within the International market and responsible to identify, qualify and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships. This BDM also plans and develops an expanded customer base with the aim to increase sales on an ongoing basis within our International Business Unit.
(English) This position is responsible for international business results (profit and loss, meeting annual plan and growth in the value of the business).  The scope of the position includes:  leadership of a cross functional business unit team (contracts, operations, engineering, quality), new international business generation, proposal preparation, bookings (orders), profit and loss accountability, developing and maintaining customer relationships, establishing the yearly business plan, overseeing operating activities to ensure good customer service and cost objective are met, contract negotiation and other duties.
(English) The Oxygen and Electronics Technician is responsible for the inspection and cleaning of parts, assembly, testing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing of oxygen supply systems and sophisticated analytical instrumentation as well as any related parts. Precision use of hand tools and equipment in a dust free and clean working environment is required.
Completes a combination of the sewing functions required to assemble the raw materials for the manufacture of the parachutes and/or related parts, in a reasonable period of time and in accordance with company quality standards. This position generally requires a skilled operator comfortable working with difficult, awkward materials and capable of using standard measuring tools. Daily duties will include the operation of any or all of the following sewing/other machines, both manual and computer driven automatic: all gauge double needle, single needle, bartackers, zigzag and merrow/overlock.

(English) Plan, coordinate and execute a comprehensive and diversified marketing communications program to include development and implementation of various promotional activities for Airborne Systems North America, in line with the business strategy and objectives.
(English) Supports all activities across the company related to management and continued implementation of effective compliance programs under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Develops and maintains trade compliance policies and operational procedures and updates them according to the regulatory changes brought about by the US government and other procedural changes that apply to trade compliance.
(English) The Vice President of Operations reports to the President and is a key member of the Airborne System North America Executive Team.
