Pennsauken, New Jersey

The Business Unit Manager is responsible for international business results (profit and loss, meeting annual plan, and growth in the value of the business). The scope of the position includes leadership of a cross-functional business unit team (contracts, operations, engineering, quality), new international business generation, proposal preparation, bookings (orders), profit and loss accountability, developing and maintaining customer relationships, establishing the yearly business plan, overseeing operating activities to ensure good customer service and cost objective are met, contract negotiation and other duties.
Assist Oxygen team members in ongoing development and manufacturing projects as needed.
This position completes all or any combination of, tasks required for assembly of line sets and associated parts as well as inspection of line sets and related parts for parachutes. Machinery and tools used for such tasks includes rulers and other standard measuring devices as well as automatic bartackers.
Utilizes engineering knowledge to increase safety, quality, and productivity within the Oxygen Department. Creates and maintains engineering drawings and other manufacturing documents.
The Oxygen and Test Technician will be responsible for the inspection and cleaning of parts, assembly, testing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing of oxygen supply systems as well as any related parts.  Precision use of hand tools and equipment in a dust-free and clean working environment is required.
Plans, designs, develops, and installs components of engineering projects to improve production processes and achieve the production goals of the organization. Reviews existing processes and develops solutions to increase productivity or reduce costs. Creates and maintains engineering drawings and other manufacturing documents. Ensures compliance with approved production methods and quality standards.  
This position completes the assembly and packing of parachutes for the Manufacturing department. Machinery and tools used for such tasks includes packing tools, rulers and other standard measuring devices as well as automatic bartackers.
The Quality Inspector completes all or any combination of, inspection and/or testing tasks required to ensure that materials and purchased items used in the production of parachute systems conform to company and industry quality standards as well as to contract specifications when required.  These duties generally require a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail as well as moderate to heavy lifting.

Santa Ana, California

The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support to on-site and remote end-users across the organization, ensuring efficient and effective use of hardware, software, and network systems. Responsibilities for this on-site position will include troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, installing and configuring systems, and maintaining IT infrastructure to uphold operational continuity.
Provides critical support to all HR department functions and is the primary point of contact for all employee communication. Serves as administrator for several essential human resources functions and workforce management, including recruitment, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, employment engagement, leave and attendance tracking, payroll, and employee records.
Sewing of single parts in preparation for the assembly and functions required in the manufacture of parachute system components, sewing to assemble the raw materials for the manufacture of the parachutes and/or related parts in a reasonable period of time and in accordance with company quality standards. This position requires a skilled operator comfortable working with different types of difficult, awkward materials and capable of using standard measuring tools. Daily duties will include the operation of manual and/or computer driven automatic sewing machines.
