Overview

Airborne Systems designs, develops and manufactures a complete line of troop and cargo delivery parachute systems to carry payloads weighing between 100 – 42,000 lb. These aerial delivery systems were designed using the most advanced technology to deliver supplies to military forces and humanitarian missions on land and water accurately, autonomously and economically.

Airborne Systems aerial delivery solutions have been recognized and trusted for the last 20 years for use in military and special operations, humanitarian organizations, and civilian search and rescue operations.

Troop Parachutes

T-11

The world’s most widely fielded non-steerable troop parachute system developed for today’s warfighter. Features reduced opening shock, greater carrying capacity, and stable, low rate of descent.

T-11 Gen 2

Building on the heritage of millions of T-11 jumps worldwide, T-11 Gen 2 incorporates reliability improvements, reducing opening time from a 6-second to 4-second count, and decreasing packing time by eliminating the slider.

Towed Jumper Release System (TJRS)

A static line parachute designed to free towed jumpers from aircraft by deploying a recovery parachute. TJRS offers a modern, reliable, and affordable solution for airborne forces. It utilizes a reusable T-11 canopy, ensuring ease of use and compatibility with standard parachute rigging procedures.

Spartan Reserve

The Spartan Reserve is our new static line reserve parachute, combining stability, low descent rate, and increased weight capacity. It meets the PIA TS-135 standard for 450 lbs (204 kg) AUW at 150 KIAS.

Cargo Parachutes

AS-2000

Our newest aerial delivery system and modern replacement for the legacy G-12E configured as a cluster or droguefall parachute system.

T-11 Cargo

The T-11 Cargo is an adaption of the Army’s T-11 personnel parachute, designed to drop cargo (up to 500 lbs/227 kg) using A-7A straps. Its similarity to the T-11 personnel system allows cargo and personnel to be deployed from the same aircraft pass, eliminating the need for separate drops. This streamlined process reduced training requirements by using the same parachute model for both purposes.
