Will follow all restrictions on use and disclosure of confidential information. This includes following all requirements for protecting Airborne Systems limited-access data or proprietary information and also ensuring that non-Airborne Systems proprietary information is used and disclosed only as authorized by the owner of the information or as otherwise permitted by law.

Without exception, will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Will promptly report any illegal conduct to the Compliance Officer or other appropriate Airborne Systems management person.
