The Domestic Business Development Manager (BDM) is a position with broad responsibilities to grow the company. This position is responsible to seek out new customers within the US market and responsible to identify, qualify and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships. This BDM also plans and develops an expanded customer base with the aim to increase sales on an ongoing basis within our Domestic Business Unit.
Assist Oxygen team members in ongoing development and manufacturing projects as needed.
***$1000 Signing Bonus Available*** This position completes all or any combination of, inspection and/or testing tasks required to ensure that materials and purchased items used in the production of parachute systems conform to company and industry quality standards as well as to contract specifications when required. 
***$1000 Signing Bonus Available*** Sewing of single parts in preparation for the assembly and functions required in the manufacture of parachute system components, sewing to assemble the raw materials for the manufacture of the parachutes and/or related parts in a reasonable period of time and in accordance with company quality standards. This position requires a skilled operator comfortable working with different types of difficult, awkward materials and capable of using standard measuring tools. Daily duties will include the operation of manual and/or computer driven automatic sewing machines.

Santa Ana, California

The Buyer assists the procurement team in performing purchasing duties for a variety of commodities, such as raw materials, MRO, parts, and services in support of manufacturing operations, engineering and administration groups.
The IT Support Technician Intern supports onsite and remote users and equipment by serving as a first point of contact for resolving IT related problems for approximately 160 onsite and additional remote users. Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills required to quickly resolve problems as they arise.
Supervises and coordinates activities of production employees engaged in the manufacture of parachutes and accessories.
The Planner reviews and releases items to be manufactured and their quantities based on sales order demand, and internal work order demands.
The Production Engineering Manager will oversee the Production Engineers and Industrial Engineers in their daily support of manufacturing.
Plans, directs, coordinates, and monitors the scheduling, pricing, scope creep and technical performance of the designated projects to ensure that objectives and goals are accomplished within prescribed contract schedule and funding.
Sewing of single parts in preparation for the assembly and functions required in the manufacture of parachute system components, sewing to assemble the raw materials for the manufacture of the parachutes and/or related parts in a reasonable period of time and in accordance with company quality standards. This position requires a skilled operator comfortable working with different types of difficult, awkward materials and capable of using standard measuring tools. Daily duties will include the operation of manual and/or computer driven automatic sewing machines.
This position is responsible for the general supervision of a department engaged in the production of parachute systems and related parts, which includes both manufacturing and personnel issues. Plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and drives improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions through project work.
Supports all activities across the company related to management and continued implementation of effective compliance programs under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Develops and maintains trade compliance policies and operational procedures and updates them according to the regulatory changes brought about by the US government and other procedural changes that apply to trade compliance.
